Showing totals

You can also show the sum of the dimension values. Here's how to show totals in a table:

2. Click on the More icon (A) representing the Sales Manager dimension, and select Show Totals (B). A new row (C) will be added just before the first sales manager record to show totals. Using Shift+click, select all the cells in this row, and on the Styling tab, change color (D) and style (E) of this row to make it appealing. To highlight the entire row, click on its heading (number), and set a different Fill color in the Cell section. If you want to show this row at the bottom, click on the Totals cell, and in the Styling tab, check the box labeled Arrange totals / parent nodes below.
