Importing users

If you have to create a few user accounts, you should use the steps mentioned in the Create Users section. However, if the users list is large, you can use the import utility, which fetches user data from a CSV file into SAP Analytics Cloud. Here are the steps for this process:

2. On the Users page, click on Import Users from File (
   
   ).
3. In the Import Users dialog, choose Select Source File to upload your CSV file.
4. Map your user data from the CSV file to the fields in user management by selecting Define Mapping.
5. The Map Source to Target dialog appears, where you have to select the appropriate entries for Header, Line Separator, Delimiter, and Text Qualifier.
6. Check the preview of the mapped data. If the mapping is correct, click on the Define Mapping button.
7. Click on Import in the Import Users dialog to upload data from the CSV file.
