Chapter 5. Using Notification Widgets

Notification widgets are another subset of widgets that can be used to send notifications from your Raspberry Pi hardware. Some notification widgets can be integrated with third-party services such as Twitter and Blynk cloud. You can schedule your Raspberry Pi to send notifications to your smartphone (or tablet) or you can send them on a user action (if a button is pressed or depending on a threshold value).

How to use the Twitter widget to send tweets from your Raspberry Pi with your Twitter account
How to use the notification widget to send pop-up notifications to a smartphone or tablet
