Kaizen-UX manifesto


Kaizen-UX is an agile management framework, which uses maps to communicate and understand the users. The core of Kaizen-UX is the continuous innovation in an agile way. We value the following things:

  • Maps and communication over comprehensive UX documentations
  • People and interactions over processes and tools
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation 
  • Responding to change over rigorously following a plan
  • The users' needs over business goals

If you think that this is the agile manifesto tailored for UX teams, you are spot-on. I was inspired by agilemanifesto.org and SCRUM when creating the Kaizen-UX framework. 

If you are familiar with the Agile Manifesto, you might have noticed that our manifesto has five elements, instead of four. If not, here are the four elements of the original Agile Manifesto:
