Summary
The journey map is the plan we create to guide users through our solution, to solve their problems with a series of interactions. To be able to create such a path, we need to understand the needs of different user groups.
For this reason, we create personas. To create them, you can use my three-step process, the 3i: investigate, identify, imagine.
After creating our primary persona, we created a task model. Starting with the origin story, we grouped all events that lead to a common goal into milestones. The final task model, with complex evaluations, served as the base for our journey map.
The journey map will serve as a base for a more complex map in the next chapter. Join me for that adventure!
