Setting up the app logic

Now that we have created the interfaces, we need to track the location of the user and save it locally on the device. It's time to write some code so that we can start tracking a user. We still don't have any code that actually tracks the location of the user, but it will be easier to write this if we have already written the code that starts the tracking process.
