Local adjustment tools
A set of four local adjustment tools follows the Histogram tool:
- Crop Overlay ("R")
- Spot Removal ("Q")
- Red Eye Correction
- Masking
These can be seen in the following screenshot, in the order they were mentioned:

Let's look at these in more detail.
Crop Overlay
We can use Crop Overlay by clicking on the first tool in the line or using the "R" keyboard shortcut. Both options will open the Crop & Straighten panel.

Clicking next to the word Aspect will change the cursor to the Crop Frame tool. With the cursor changed to the Crop Frame tool, we can draw our desired crop within the photograph or adjust it to our liking by dragging the corners and edges of the Crop Frame tool.
