This is a thoughtful approach to teaching a beginner game development via C# and Unity. Introducing programming to a new learner is a difficult challenge and there are many resources that attempt it. This is a good one. It avoids over-complexity while hitting the most important topics. The author is tuned in and empathetic toward his audience, and has a wealth of C# and Unity knowledge to share in a well-structured way. If you have the discipline work through the book and complete it's many hands-on challenges, you will come away with the skills necessary to make your own games with Unity and C#.

Best book for beginners in game dev . It covered lot of important points of unity plus focussed on good design pattern to follow.I feel this book should have another version which must skip c# basic concepts as a person from dev background which knows how languages work and trying to focus on unity stuff doesnt need that info and that could cater some more important concepts of unity rather.

Credits can be earned from reading 40 section of any title within the payment cycle - a month starting from the day of subscription payment.
