Setting up Raspberry Pi

Before installing everything on our Raspberry Pi Zero W board, we need to download the latest distribution of Raspbian on our computer and use any kind of tool that works to install the software on our SD card. After this, we need to insert the SD card to the Raspberry Pi and power it on. We will use a GitHub repository for the next step. So, open up a terminal and type the following command:

git clone https://github.com/alexa/alexa-avs-sample-app.git

With the preceding command, you clone the repository alexa-avs-sample-app on your local computer. In this repository, you need to find the installation script and execute it, but before this, you need to make some changes. While creating our developer account and setting this up, we went through three important fields. So, we need to find ProductID, ClientID, and ClientSecret.
