Creating e-mail templates (email_templates.xml)

Our module requirements specify that two e-mail templates need to be defined. Hints to this have already been given in the app/code/Foggyline/Helpdesk/etc/config.xml file previously defined. The actual definition of e-mail templates available to our modules is done through the app/code/Foggyline/Helpdesk/etc/email_templates.xml file, with the content as follows:
