Where to start with web accessibility?


Web accessibility can seem quite complex and overwhelming, and can be mistaken for something only expert designers and developers should tackle, but this perception of accessibility is not true. In any area of expertise, something can be intimidating if it's unknown, but as soon as you start looking into it, it becomes attainable. The first step to getting started in an area of expertise you’re not familiar with is to find reliable resources. In this chapter, we’ll provide you with some great resources and guidelines to get started in creating a usable and accessible website for all users, despite limitations.
