Chapter 10. Implementing UX Solutions

You have spent a few weeks identifying UX issues and validating options, so now it is time to have these solutions implemented. You will need to sync the UX solutions with the design, development, and product teams. To make the communication effective, it is important to create clear and digestible documentation and being able to communicate well with the teams responsible for the UI design and develop/implement the UX fixes.

Besides good documentation with clear specification, it is a good idea to present the full project, with the research finds and solutions tested to contextualize what we need to do. The ideal way is to get these other teams involved from the beginning: you might be surprised with the ideas and solutions that the teams can come up with.

Also, as we saw in Chapter 9Prototyping and Validating UX Solutions, it is important to align the solutions that you validated before to what is technologically viable and consider the technology...
