In this project, we will discuss different options available for automation at home using Raspberry Pi. The examples use a similar concept (more or less) and you can pick the tasks of your choice and turn your home into a smart home.
Why is it awesome?
A quick web search yields a lot of projects related to home automation using Raspberry Pi. We have tried to keep this project unique by ensuring that it is simple enough to be executed over a weekend (though some examples might appear repetitive if you have been reading through the projects in their correct order), while incorporating feedback from projects available all over the Web.

A simple example that controls limited indoor and outdoor lighting in the evening
A customary web server example
