Given that Office 365 is a SaaS service, it's outside your responsibility to provide certain support tasks. When you run into an issue in Office 365, knowing how to contact support and opening a ticket is important.
To start, you have four main options to get support on Office 365:
- Portal support
- Phone support
- Premium support
- Other help forums such as Answers or Tech Community
There are other support sites that you can use such as the following:

- Office 365 Admin help center at https://support.office.com/en-us/office365admin
Portal support
Using the preferred support option depending on the issue you are facing is the best way to start have Microsoft support. You can go to your portal and create a support ticket. Go to http://portal.office.com and in the Support
section, click on the New service request
option:
