Privacy issues in social media

Dr. Rafiqul Islam has a strong research background in cybersecurity with specific focus on malware analysis and classification, authentication, security in the cloud, privacy in social media and the Internet of Things (IoT). He has developed automated malware classification algorithms for HCL and CA Labs as well as developed a tool to collect the logs from runtime malware. He also developed a CTA (cumulative timeline analysis) technique for future malware predictions. He has lead the cybersecurity research team since 2014 and has developed a strong background in leadership, sustainability, and collaborative research in the area.
