How do I buy and download an eBook?

Where there is an eBook version of a title available, you can buy it from the book details for that title. Add either the standalone eBook or the eBook and print book bundle to your shopping cart. Your eBook will show in your cart as a product on its own. I've heard a lot about data contracts, and as data quality is a top priority for a lot of my clients, I decided to give this a read. No lie, it has really opened my eyes to the benefits of data contracts and what you can do with them.I'm about halfway done the book, but it reads really easily, there are good examples and it covers a bunch of adjacent topics (stakeholder management, data governance) that are essential for maintaining and building high data quality or good data products. I think there is potential for further builds on this book in the future (use cases, other case studies, stronger alignment to business value), but it serves as a great foundation for understanding data contracts and well worth the read for any data practitioner!

In a world where so much innovation and new technology and approaches are actually rehashes of things that have already come and gone, data contracts is a genuinely problem-solving and transformative technical and architectural paradigm for the management, enrichment, use, and documentation of business data. The book explains it clearly and approachably, and gives excellent historical insight into the evolution of data analytics over the past 20 years and why it has led to the need for data contracts.
