In this chapter, we discussed examples from different projects and industry best practices that might help you in your projects. You learned how phases of SAP Activate embraces agile concepts and makes SAP projects more agile than traditional methodologies. Concepts such as the planning poker and onion model were introduced to make planning and estimation simpler. We extended our discussion from structuring the prepare phase to deploying the solution, discussing and understanding various components and building blocks involved in the process.

This brings us to the end of the book; by now, you should be comfortable with the methodology and framework related to SAP Activate and how to use SAP Activate as the next generation scrum tool for project management.
