Applying power


Now it's time to power your Mini Round Robot with two battery packs attached to the chassis:

  1. Connect the barrel plug of the 9V battery to the DC barrel jack of the Arduino.
  1. Then, connect the output from the 4 x AA battery to the motor driver board (Figure 2.33):

  1. Connect the positive lead of the battery to the VM pin of the motor driver board.
  2. Connect the negative lead of the battery to the GND pin of the motor driver board.
