Summary
In this chapter, you built a Romi Robot and a Robot Controller based on the Feather HUZZAH ESP8266. Then, you programmed both devices with Arduino sketches to control the Romi Robot, using the Robot Controller through a Wi-Fi network. You used a Blynk Bridge to connect both devices. Further, you learned to modify the Robot Controller by adding more buttons to control more functions on the robot.
In Chapter 7, Building a Gripper Robot, you will build a robot with a gripper that can be used to grab and release small objects.
