Maintaining and health checking SCO

System Center 2016 Orchestrator will quickly become an important tool to automate your processes. So it will be necessary to keep SCO healthy.

Getting ready

One of the easiest ways to maintain SCO is a free community tool called Orchestrator Health Checker. The Orchestrator Health Checker will provide a small GUI to monitor your Runbook.

Download Orchestrator Health Checker from: https://scorch.codeplex.com/releases/view/99063 and configure it as described in the link.

How to do it...

Follow the next steps to getting known of an awesome tool to health check your SCO Environment:

Navigate to the install directory and open Orchestrator Health Checker.exe:

Orchestrator Health Checker uses the SQL Database to gather all the information and uses the web service to stop or start a Runbook.
