Go-Live Strategy
This is the stage of the project, where development is complete, validation performed and is accepted by the key users. Till now the project was made accessible to only a small group of users, but to make it available to a large group you need to think about the Go-Live process.
As a part of preparation of the Go Live you need to take of aspects as follows
- Assign the licenses: You should make sure that all business users have been allocated licenses. This is because users will ask for the access immediately after the Go-Live. So you should be prepared for this by giving them license and appropriate roles.
- Train end users: Users should be aware of the software and how to use it properly before they actually start using the software. Thus for a successful Go-Live you should make sure that end users are given proper training.
