Chapter 12. Cacti Automation for NOC
In a large environment, adding users and managing devices and graphs can become a time-consuming job. With the availability of the Cacti CLI, most of these manual tasks can be automated, but selecting and creating meaningful graphs for devices still involves quite a lot of effort. This chapter will show you how to use the CLI to automate device management and how to create rules for adding graphs to a device using the new automation functionality.
