Chapter 11. Securing Serverless Applications with Zappa

this chapter, we are going to learn about securing Python-based applications that are deployed on AWS Lambda. In the previous chapters, we learned about developing an application and deploying it on a serverless infrastructure using Zappa. Zappa also supports several mechanisms that enable you to implement a security layer for your application. Securing an application from unauthorized access is an essential process for any web application, but it would be more interesting to be able to secure a web application on a serverless infrastructure. 

Therefore, we will be developing an API-based application and will demonstrate some mechanisms to secure it from unauthorized access. Let's move on and explore detailed information about setting up the development environment.
