Chapter 8. Security
Security in microservices can feel like a minefield, and in some ways it is. This chapter is mainly intended to look at some of the things that you can do to improve the security of your Go code; however, I feel it is important to discuss some of the wider issues. In-depth discussion of topics such as firewall configuration is best left to specialist books; however, we will introduce some of the concepts and problems that are faced so that you can best prepare yourself for some further reading.
