While the goal of every study is to answer the questions the study sponsor specified for the product, it is useful to keep a question bank of survey questions by industry. Some industries have user journeys that are more uniform than others. We have found that a question bank for e-commerce, such as an online checkout or online ordering, can be reused, to a large extent.
