Installing other management solutions
Management solutions contain the logic, data acquisition, and visualization rules that provide assessments, metrics, and insights about specific workloads and areas of your infrastructure.
Getting ready
In order to fully use the visualization and automation resources contained in various management solutions, you will need a Log Analytics workspace and an Azure Automation account configured with your workspace.
Create an Automation account
If you do not already have an Automation account, follow these steps to create one:
- Log in to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com.
- In the Azure portal, type
Automation Account
in theSearch resources
search field and underServices
, selectAutomation Account

- In Automation Accounts, click on
+Add
and then select choices for the following items:
- Provide a name for the new Automation Account.

Subscription
